Fulfillment Policy

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments for Ascendis Group LLC products and services may be securely processed through Square or another payment processor identified at checkout.

When you make a purchase:

• Your payment and order will be processed using the payment information provided at checkout.
• You may receive a payment confirmation, receipt, or purchase confirmation electronically.
• Access to immediately delivered digital products is typically provided after successful payment.
• Access timelines for programs, consulting services, live trainings, events, and other offerings may vary and will be described on the applicable sales page, checkout page, order form, or purchase confirmation.
• Payment processing and settlement timelines may vary based on the payment processor, financial institution, payment method, and transaction.

PRODUCT ACCESS & DELIVERY

Upon successful payment, you will receive access or delivery instructions using the email address or other contact information provided at checkout.

Delivery varies depending on the product or service purchased.

• Immediately delivered digital products may be provided through an access page, download page, email, member portal, client portal, or other digital delivery method following successful payment.
• Certain digital products, including Know Me, AI, may provide access immediately following successful checkout and may also send access information to the email address provided at checkout.
• Programs, courses, trainings, or digital resources may be delivered through a learning platform, member portal, client portal, email, webpage, or other online platform.
• Live programs, workshops, masterclasses, group trainings, events, or other scheduled experiences may begin on a future date. Access information, schedules, links, or instructions will be provided before or in connection with the applicable start date.
• Consulting, coaching, or other scheduled services may require appointment scheduling or additional onboarding after purchase.
• The applicable sales page, checkout page, order form, purchase agreement, or product description will control if a specific delivery date, access period, or fulfillment method is stated for a particular purchase.
• Access periods vary by product or service. Unless a specific access period is expressly stated in connection with an offer, customers should not assume that access is perpetual.

PAYMENT ISSUES

If a payment fails or cannot be successfully processed:

• Ascendis Group LLC may notify you using the contact information provided with your purchase.
• Where applicable and authorized, we or our payment processor may attempt to process the payment again.
• Access to a product, program, service, membership area, client portal, or other paid resource may be suspended or discontinued while an amount legitimately owed remains unpaid.
• For payment plans or other purchases involving future payments, you are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
• Where a purchase involves a fixed payment plan rather than a cancelable subscription, discontinuing participation or losing access does not automatically eliminate remaining payment obligations.

Any applicable grace period, payment-plan requirement, or additional payment term stated in a separate purchase agreement, checkout page, or order form will also apply.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing:

• Materials and original content provided by Ascendis Group LLC are owned by or licensed to Ascendis Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for the purposes permitted by the applicable product or service.
• Purchasing a product or service does not transfer ownership of Ascendis Group LLC intellectual property to you.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, commercially exploit, or provide unauthorized access to Ascendis Group LLC materials without express written permission.
• You may not share login credentials, access links intended for individual use, protected downloads, course materials, proprietary prompts, recordings, templates, frameworks, or other protected materials with individuals who have not purchased or otherwise been authorized to access them.
• You may use general knowledge and skills you learn through Ascendis Group LLC offerings in your own work, subject to the intellectual property provisions contained in the Ascendis Group LLC Terms and Conditions.

PHOTO, VIDEO & LIKENESS RELEASE

Live events, bootcamps, workshops, trainings, programs, group sessions, webinars, office hours, and similar Ascendis Group LLC experiences may be photographed or recorded.

When you register for and/or attend an experience for which you have been notified that recording, photography, or media capture may occur, you acknowledge that your name, likeness, voice, image, participation, or contributions may be captured.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms disclosed in connection with the applicable event or program, you grant Ascendis Group LLC and its authorized representatives permission to use applicable photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media captured during the experience for purposes that may include program delivery, participant access, education, training, marketing, social media, websites, email communications, advertising, and promotional materials.

Where applicable law requires additional consent for a particular use, Ascendis Group LLC will obtain that consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Certain Ascendis Group LLC programs, services, communities, trainings, and materials may contain proprietary or confidential information.

• Protected materials may include videos, recordings, documents, templates, prompts, frameworks, methodologies, workflows, training materials, curriculum, and other proprietary resources.
• You agree not to improperly reproduce, distribute, disclose, sell, or provide unauthorized access to protected or confidential Ascendis Group LLC materials.
• When participating in group programs, communities, events, or other collaborative experiences, you also agree to respect confidential, private, sensitive, personal, financial, strategic, or business information shared by other participants.
• Confidentiality and intellectual property obligations that by their nature should survive the completion or termination of a program or service will continue after your access ends.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital, educational, and proprietary nature of many Ascendis Group LLC products and services, purchases are generally non-refundable unless a different refund policy is expressly stated on the applicable sales page, checkout page, order form, purchase agreement, or offer.

For products expressly identified as final sale or non-refundable:

• All purchases are final.
• Refunds, partial refunds, credits, or cancellations are not provided after the purchase has been completed except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in writing by Ascendis Group LLC.
• For digital products that provide immediate access to proprietary content following purchase, the purchase is considered fulfilled when the applicable access is made available according to the delivery terms of the offer.
• Failure to access, download, open, use, attend, or complete a purchased product, program, or service does not by itself create a right to a refund.
• Dissatisfaction resulting from a customer's decision not to use the purchased materials or implement the information provided does not by itself create a right to a refund.

If a specific Ascendis Group LLC product, program, or service includes a different refund, cancellation, guarantee, or deferral policy, the specific written terms presented with that offer will control.

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

DIGITAL PRODUCT FULFILLMENT

Digital products are considered delivered when Ascendis Group LLC makes the purchased content or applicable access available through the delivery method described for the product.

Delivery may occur through:

• Immediate browser access following checkout
• Email
• Download link
• Access page
• Member portal
• Client portal
• Learning platform
• Software platform
• Another electronic delivery method disclosed with the offer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and other required contact information at checkout.

If you successfully complete a purchase but do not receive expected access information, contact [email protected] so that we can investigate the delivery issue.

LIVE PROGRAMS, SERVICES & SCHEDULED OFFERINGS

Some Ascendis Group LLC offerings are fulfilled through live sessions, scheduled appointments, cohorts, workshops, consulting, coaching, trainings, events, or other services delivered on specified dates.

Fulfillment for these offerings occurs according to the schedule, access period, or delivery terms disclosed in connection with the applicable purchase.

Missing a scheduled session, failing to attend, or failing to use available access does not automatically create a right to a refund, credit, extension, or rescheduling.

Any rescheduling, deferral, replay access, or other accommodation is governed by the terms of the applicable offering or a separate written agreement.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Ascendis Group LLC may use third-party platforms and technology providers to process payments, deliver digital products, host programs, provide communications, schedule services, or otherwise fulfill purchases.

Third-party platforms may experience outages, delays, technical errors, feature changes, or other interruptions outside Ascendis Group LLC's control.

If a third-party technical issue materially interferes with delivery of a purchased Ascendis Group LLC product or service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access or an alternative delivery method when reasonably available.

VIOLATION OF TERMS

Violations of this Fulfillment Policy, the Ascendis Group LLC Terms and Conditions, intellectual property restrictions, access restrictions, or other applicable purchase terms may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access to applicable products, programs, services, or materials.
• Revocation of licenses or permissions granted in connection with the purchase.
• Removal from applicable communities, programs, events, or platforms.
• Requests to remove or return improperly used or distributed materials.
• Legal remedies available to Ascendis Group LLC to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, contractual rights, and business interests.

Termination resulting from a customer's material violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.
